What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day financial operations for a busy account portfolio.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and reconciliations.
- Track spend, revenue, accruals, and profitability, flagging risks and opportunities.
- Partner with account teams on estimates, purchase orders, invoicing, and finance queries.
- Support month-end close and ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and clearly explained.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure processes are followed consistently.
- Work closely with internal finance colleagues and senior stakeholders.
- Improve practical ways of working where they make the team more efficient.
What you’ll bring
- Around 8 years’ relevant finance experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, media, or agency environment.
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant status, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Strong commercial judgement and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and reconciliations.
- Clear, collaborative communication style and ability to explain finance to non-finance colleagues.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm when deadlines are tight.
- Proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems.
