Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive with at least one year of experience in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.
This role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting daily finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements
- Support Corporate Tax calculations and documentation as per UAE laws
- Prepare VAT returns and assist during audits
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting processes
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of finance/accounting experience in the UAE
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations is mandatory
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling VAT filing and Corporate Tax compliance
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
