- **Mandatory details/Skills – Minimum 1 year of experience in Design, build, and maintain Python-based automation scripts for Finance reporting and month-end close processes**
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Python-based automation scripts for Finance reporting and month-end close processes
- Develop and manage advanced Excel models, dashboards, and macros to support financial analysis
- Act as the Finance team's primary automation resource — assessing pain points and delivering solutions
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for management reporting and KPI tracking
- Perform deep-dive data analysis and crunching to support financial decision-making
- Collaborate with Finance leads to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Document automation solutions and provide knowledge transfer to team members
- Support ad-hoc analytical and reporting requests across Finance functions
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel — pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query, VBA macros
- Python proficiency for automation, data manipulation (pandas, openpyxl), and reporting
- Proven experience in process automation within Finance or related environments
- Strong analytical and data crunching capabilities with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
