About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Claims Executive to join our automotive showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage financial processes while handling vehicle-related claims, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, insurance providers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, invoicing, and payment collections
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
- Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments to support financial operations
Claims Responsibilities:
- Handle motor insurance claims from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers
- Verify claim documents and ensure timely submission
- Follow up on claim approvals and settlements
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and related documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in finance and/or automotive claims handling
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with motor insurance claims in the automotive industry is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
