Our Finance team plays an important role in helping the business make informed decisions, manage performance and continue delivering great experiences for our customers. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted finance contact for leaders across Trading, D&A, Outbound, VIP and Events, using clear analysis, commercial insight and strong stakeholder relationships to support business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

You’ll join an experienced and supportive FP&A team in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where you’ll have the autonomy to take ownership, solve problems and make a meaningful contribution.

You’ll help leaders manage performance, plan effectively and make informed commercial decisions through accurate analysis, clear reporting and practical financial insight, by:

Owning the end-to-end month-end process for your areas, including transaction reviews, journal preparation and wider Finance support.

Providing variance analysis and clear commentary to help stakeholders understand performance, risks and opportunities.

Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting, working closely with business partners to develop accurate financial plans.

Translating financial information into practical insights for Exco and business leaders to support commercial decision-making.

Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting while supporting ad hoc analysis and finance projects.

A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance or a related discipline, with at least three years’ experience in business partnering or commercial finance roles.

Excel skills, including the ability to build complex, clear financial models covering P&L and balance sheet analysis.

Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Advanced relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders, influence decisions and explain financial information clearly.

CA or CPA qualification, or currently working towards completion.

Experience with data modelling, Oracle or similar finance systems.

Experience in the sports betting, racing, gaming, entertainment or another high-volume, fast-paced industry.
