Functional Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic finance partner to business units, providing financial insights and guidance for decisions and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders on financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare and review business cases against profitability guidelines and IFRS requirements.
- Track opportunities through the production line and conduct post-investment reviews.
- Support Financial Operations with accurate reporting and conduct business-unit performance analysis.
- Monitor actual performance against forecast and budget targets and support consolidated management reporting.
- Approve PRs and RPOs in line with approved budgets or approved business cases.
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business cases.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with analysis and commentary for company functions and support areas.
- Develop KPIs and performance dashboards for assigned business areas.
- Support Strategic Alliances and Procurement with procurement-process application and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams and support evaluation of new opportunities, partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or an equivalent field.
- Accounting certification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA is required.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in finance business partnering or FP&A.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills, including communication of complex financial data.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder guidance.
- Financial modeling experience and advanced Excel proficiency.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
