Finance Assistant role located in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
Salary is AED 3,500 per month.
Contract is three months, extendable for six months.
Finance duties
- Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring supporting POs, GRNs, and documents are present and comply with procedures.
- Prepare supplier payments under approved terms and authorization procedures; maintain supplier records.
- Handle petty cash disbursements, transaction records, supporting documents, authorizations, reconciliations, and audit records.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and schedules.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, GRN/PO issues, and payment queries with procurement, stores, suppliers, and other departments.
- Post direct expense invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Record insurance expense provisions and track policies, payments, expiry dates, and renewals.
- Comply with company policies, VAT requirements, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, and petty cash management.
- Good knowledge of VAT, reconciliations, and accounting procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Accounting systems
- Experience with Orion accounting software is highly preferred.
- Autoline or S4Hana is preferable.
Location
- The role is in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
Salary
- AED 3,500 per month.
Contract duration
- Three-month contract, extendable for six months.
