Finance & Insurance (F&I) Executive
is responsible for managing and facilitating all vehicle finance and insurance processes within the dealership.
The role ensures seamless coordination between customers, sales teams, banks, and insurance providers to secure optimal financing and insurance solutions, while delivering a premium customer experience and achieving financial penetration targets.
The F&I Executive plays a key role in maximizing profitability through finance and insurance product sales, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance partners.
Finance Sales & Customer Support
- Handle end-to-end vehicle finance applications for retail customers.
- Present and explain financing options, interest rates, EMI structures, and repayment plans.
- Achieve finance penetration targets across all vehicle sales.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales executives, and financial institutions.
- Assist customers in completing all finance documentation accurately and efficiently.
Insurance Management
- Offer and sell vehicle insurance products aligned with customer needs and company standards.
- Coordinate with approved insurance providers for quotations, policy issuance, and renewals.
- Ensure insurance compliance for all financed and cash vehicle deliveries.
- Explain insurance coverage, terms, and benefits to customers clearly.
Banking & Financial Institution Coordination
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals and documentation.
- Maintain strong working relationships with banking partners to ensure fast approvals.
- Track and follow up on loan application status to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues related to credit approvals or documentation.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all finance and insurance documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer finance files and insurance policies.
- Ensure adherence to internal audit requirements, banking regulations, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Sales Support & Revenue Generation
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize finance and insurance attachment rates.
- Promote dealership-approved add-ons such as extended warranties, service contracts, and protection packages.
- Identify upselling opportunities to increase per-vehicle profitability.
- Contribute to overall dealership revenue targets through F&I product sales.
Customer Experience
- Deliver a transparent, professional, and customer-centric F&I experience.
- Ensure all financial discussions are clearly explained and customer-friendly.
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to finance and insurance efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels throughout the F&I process.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Monitor finance and insurance performance metrics and report regularly to management.
- Identify gaps in conversion rates and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain updated records of approvals, disbursements, and insurance issuance.
- Ensure timely reporting of KPIs such as finance penetration, insurance attachment, and approval turnaround time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field preferred.
- Certification in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automotive F&I, banking sales, retail lending, or insurance sales.
- Experience in UAE automotive dealership environment is highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to auto loans, credit processing, or retail banking products.
