Join RWS's Data and Analytics team to contribute to intelligence-led change and innovation.
The description calls the role a Lead Analyst and says its primary responsibility is building a SaaS metrics dashboard for product performance and customer behavior.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy a scalable SaaS metrics dashboard.
- Integrate data from Salesforce, ServiceNow and internal SaaS platforms.
- Develop data models and visualisations for metrics and key performance indicators.
- Ensure dashboard performance, reliability and data accuracy.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, document the dashboard and train users.
Skills and experience
- Experience developing BI dashboards; SaaS experience is preferred.
- Strong data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with data integration, ETL, SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or ServiceNow data.
- Communication, collaboration and independent project management skills.
Engagement
- The description identifies a contractor/fixed-term engagement with a minimum duration of six months and a set six-month project duration.
Workplace
- The role can be performed remotely; office attendance in Maidenhead is preferred.
