1. High volume record of cash remittance details from sales force;

2. Apply ACH/WIRE payments every day with 100% accuracy and keep a track of unapplied payment & short payment.

3. Apply lockbox payments every day with 100% accuracy and keep a track of unapplied payment & short payment;

4. P rocess credit memo’s for bank fees, small balance write off, foreign withholding tax, Target beeline fees & tax credits;

5. Follow-up with customers or project management team for remittance details for clearing unapplied cash;

6. Follow-up with customers for short payments.

7. Update unapplied payments, short payment, credit memo in the tracker every day;

8. Update sales log whenever a credit memo/invoice to set off credit memo is processed.

9. Payment summary file every month;

10. Cash related reports and slides for monthly review
