Finance & Accounts Manager

Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 2, Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a highly experienced and detailed-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations.

The ideal candidates must have a proven experience in the metal, fabrication, or signage manufacturing industry within the UAE and possess strong knowledge of local financial regulations.

· Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

· Oversee payroll management ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labour laws.

· Handle project invoicing, contract management, and payment collections.

· Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow.

· Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and analysis for management review.

· Ensure compliance with UAE local laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

· Handle VAT filing and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

· Monitor company financial performance and recommend improvements.

· Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

· Supervise and guide the accounts team.

· Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

· Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance/accounting.

· Mandatory experience in metal, fabrication or signage manufacturing industry in UAE.

· Strong expertise in UAE local laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

· Proven experience in payroll management.

· Strong background in project invoicing, contracts, and payment collections.

· Solid experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

· Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.

· Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
