Finance & Accounts Executive

Position Title

Job Summary

Daily Financial Operations

• Maintain daily records of factory expenses and operational costs.
• Record purchase invoices, supplier bills, and petty cash transactions.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and documentation of all financial transactions.
• Monitor and track day-to-day factory operational expenses.

Supplier & Payment Coordination

• Coordinate supplier payment schedules and maintain payment tracking records.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices, statements, and payment reconciliations.
• Assist management in maintaining healthy supplier relationships.

Purchase & Inventory Tracking

• Track purchase orders, goods received, and related invoice matching.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock and purchase verification.
• Maintain records for raw material purchases and factory consumables.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly expense reports.
• Assist in preparing management reports related to production costs and spending.
• Support audit documentation and financial compliance requirements.
• Maintain organized filing of invoices, delivery notes, and supporting documents.

Operational Support

• Work closely with factory operations, logistics, and accounts departments.
• Assist in monitoring operational efficiency and cost control measures.
• Support ERP/accounting system entries and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, preferably in factory/manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in factory or production accounting.
• Understanding of inventory and purchase processes.
• Basic knowledge of VAT and UAE accounting practices.
• Ability to work independently and grow into a larger finance role.
• Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
