Role Description
Part-time Finance & Accounting Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid arrangement that allows some work from home.
Supports financial statements, bookkeeping, reporting, budgets, expense tracking, tax compliance, analysis, and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and support bookkeeping.
- Assist with reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and support applicable tax compliance, including GST where relevant.
- Perform financial analysis, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to support decision-making and efficient financial operations.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Experience with financial statements and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of GST and basic relevant tax compliance principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and ability to work with diverse teams in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant finance, accounting, or economics coursework or degree is preferred; prior finance or accounting internship or part-time experience is an asset.
