Final Prep-Finishing Operationd

SUMMARY Clean and insulate Pharmaseals, assemble change out bags, or clean and final prep containment product as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

Clean and insulate Pharmaseal hoods according to customer requirements.

Sand or buff trim for Pharmaseals as required.

Clean containment housings.

Install gasket on containment equipment.

Manufacture change-out bags when needed.

QUALITY: Performs prescribed quality procedures in accordance with plant quality system requirements.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma, GED or two years related experience required.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Normal capability math required, add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Must be able to read a measuring tape.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Should be capable of lifting at least fifty pounds and be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop and have good visual acuity.
