Responsibilities
- Ensure quality work for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by minimizing repeat jobs hence increasing total workshop efficiency.
- Maintain efficiency in road testing for quick / timely vehicle delivery and good profitability.
- Ensure strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures (including warranty) within company policies.
- Carries out road test before commencing job to confirm the complaint and test (static & dynamic) later to confirm effectiveness of repair.
- Ensuring proper use of tools and equipment ad safety gear.
- Qualifications, experience, & skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Technical / Diploma / Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- **Minimum Experience:**
- 3 -5 years in a similar role in a well reputed workshop
• Technical And Communication Skills
- Must have a Driver’s License
- Computer Literate
