Visit customers for installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis and upgrades in order to achieve high customer satisfaction and ensure a professional repair in due time with effective, efficient & safe work practices.

Provide phone support & occasional Helpdesk support to reduce customer downtime.

Perform root cause analysis in the field or in the business / manufacturing unit.

This position is to provide onsite support within Saudi, with occasional support within the EU where necessary.
