Responsibilities

  • · Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
  • · Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • · Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism
  • · Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed
  • · Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development
  • · Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards

Requirements

  • · Experience Field Service Engineering background. experience on ATM's would be desirable.
  • · Valid UK driver's license with no more than 6 active points at the time of hire.
  • · Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • · Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • · Ability to work well independently
  • · Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • · Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
  • · No live CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcy declarations.
