Provide on-site technical support and services for installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.

Responsibilities
- Follow company safe work procedures and industrial safety standards in ASU, hydrocarbon, and petrochemical environments.
- Advise customers and contractors on equipment construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
- Read prints, flow sheets, and product designs; coordinate with field, engineering, and project management teams to resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot equipment and make timely decisions with customers and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Travel independently to domestic and international customer sites.
- Prepare trip reports covering work performed and submit accurate monthly expense reports.
Qualifications
- Technical or associate degree.
- 10+ years of relevant experience is highly desirable, including industrial process operations, instrumentation and control, or equipment maintenance.
- Relevant backgrounds may include compressors, turboexpanders, industrial mechanical or electrical maintenance, and HVAC.
- Must be fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, electrical and engineering drawings, design specifications, safety rules, and operating and maintenance documents.
- Work independently under pressure, meet deadlines, manage time, and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work arrangement
- On-site support at customer locations is part of the role.
- Domestic and international travel is required.
