Field Sales Executive (Food Safety & Labeling Solutions) – Dubai
We are expanding our sales operations in Dubai and are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team and represent PREPsafe Food Safety Labeling Solutions, a leading brand supporting food safety, compliance, and kitchen efficiency across the hospitality industry.

Through this initiative, we help restaurants, hotels, bakeries, catering companies, and food manufacturing units improve food safety standards, kitchen organization, and operational efficiency.
As we expand our footprint in Dubai’s hospitality sector, we are looking for dynamic individuals who can help us grow this product line across the market.

Role Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
This is a field-based sales role where you will actively visit restaurants, hotels, bakeries, catering companies, and food manufacturing units across Dubai.
You will be responsible for promoting PREPsafe labeling and food safety solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits across assigned areas in Dubai
- Visit restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, and catering businesses
- Present and demonstrate food safety labeling solutions
- Build strong relationships with chefs, restaurant managers, and business owners
- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper sales reporting and follow-ups
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of field sales experience (preferably in F&B / hospitality industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and target-driven personality
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Compensation Package
- Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000
- High commission structure (strong earning potential)
- Performance-based incentives
- Monthly earning potential: AED 4,000 – 7,000+ (depending on performance)
