KGT Trading is a growing wholesale clothing company specializing in baby, kids, and adult apparel.
We supply retailers and resellers across the UAE with high-quality, fast-moving stock at competitive wholesale prices.
We are looking for a highly motivated Salesman (Field Sales) to actively grow our customer base by visiting shops, finding new buyers, and bringing in wholesale orders.
This is a field-based sales role focused on real shop visits, new customer acquisition, and closing deals — not office or digital marketing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clothing shops, baby stores, and retail outlets across UAE
- Actively search for and discover new retail shops and potential buyers
- Build a daily pipeline of new leads and contacts
- Introduce and promote KGT Trading products to shop owners
- Show product samples and explain wholesale pricing
- Convert shop visits into bulk orders and repeat customers
- Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and phone calls
- Conduct cold outreach (WhatsApp / Instagram / calls) to potential buyers
- Assist in warehouse operations (packing, organizing stock, preparing orders)
- Support delivery of samples and small orders when needed
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and new opportunities
Requirements
- Strong communication and confidence speaking to shop owners
- Sales-driven, proactive, and target-focused mindset
- Must be willing to hunt for new shops daily (not just visit known locations)
- Must have a vehicle or be able to get around easily
- Must have experience in clothing OR a clear understanding of wholesale trading
- UAE driving license preferred
- Own visa is recommended
- Hard-working, disciplined, and result-oriented personality
