The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by actively identifying, pitching, and securing partnerships with salons and beauty establishments across Abu Dhabi.
This role requires an individual who is already based in Abu Dhabi, possesses a deep understanding of the local beauty market, and holds an active network of salon decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- **Client Acquisition & Field Sales:**
- Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to salons, beauty centers, and spas across Abu Dhabi to promote and sell cosmetic products/services.
- **Portfolio Management:**
- Leverage and expand an existing database of salon clients to build long-term, profitable business relationships.
- **Market Penetration:**
- Identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay ahead of local beauty industry trends.
- **Product Demonstration:**
- Present and demonstrate cosmetic products effectively to salon owners, managers, and head stylists, highlighting unique selling points.
- **Negotiation & Closing:**
- Handle inquiries, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
- **Account Management:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for Abu Dhabi clients, ensuring excellent customer service, timely product delivery, and post-sale support.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Industry Experience:**
- Minimum of 2–4 years of proven outdoor sales experience specifically within the
Cosmetic, Beauty, or Professional Salon Industry
- in the UAE.
- **Location:**
- Must be currently based in
Abu Dhabi
- and possess strong geographical knowledge of the emirate.
- **Network:**
- Demonstrated experience working with a
Salon Database
- and established connections with local beauty industry decision-makers.
- **Mobility:**
- Must possess a valid
UAE Driving License
- (essential for daily field visits).
- **Skills:**
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.
- **Language:**
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a distinct advantage.
