About the Role

On-Road Vehicle Intervention

• Respond to live vehicle incidents, breakdowns, and situations requiring physical intervention on public and private roads.
• Assess situations on arrival, take appropriate action, and communicate with the remote operations team.
• Safely operate and drive vehicles for deployment, repositioning, and service needs.
• Resolve interventions before returning vehicles to service or coordinating handover to the depot team.

Field Operations and Fleet Support

• Reposition vehicles across operational zones to maintain fleet availability.
• Support vehicle recovery when a vehicle cannot return to the depot under its own operation.
• Respond to operational requirements while prioritizing safety and minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with depot operations, remote operators, and the Fleet Operations Manager on handovers and status updates.

Safety, Compliance, and Reporting

• Uphold Moove AV safety standards in every field task.
• Complete field reports, incident logs, and documentation accurately and promptly.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues outside standard procedures.
• Maintain the vehicle, equipment, and readiness required for rapid deployment.

Shift and Team Contribution

• Work rotating morning, evening, and overnight shifts across a six-days-on, one-day-off schedule.
• Remain reachable and deployable throughout each shift and adapt to changing operational demands.

Position Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence with at least three years of driving experience and a good driving record.
• Good understanding of UAE road regulations, traffic rules, and RTA requirements.
• Comfort and confidence operating vehicles under varying conditions.
• Ability to make clear decisions under pressure and act independently.
• Technical comfort with modern apps, digital systems, and communication platforms.
• Strong time management and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors across varying weather conditions for extended periods.
• Fluent English.
• Prior field operations, logistics, emergency response, or similar experience is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
