What You’ll Do

Project Delivery & Leadership

• Deliver deployment activities according to agreed performance metrics
• Ensure successful integration of autonomous systems into production workflows
• Monitor project progress and escalate technical or operational risks
• Manage on-site field engineers and technicians
• Oversee scheduling, safety compliance, and overall team performance
• Coordinate site logistics and operational readiness

Strategic Liaison

• Act as the central communication hub between the customer site and Pronto HQ, providing regular progress reports and escalating technical or operational blockers.
• Ensure customer commitments for infrastructure, equipment, and resources are met

Operational Integration

• Work with customers to set up or modify existing operational processes to accommodate autonomous haulage.
• Lead the customer training programs on Pronto technology and manage the formal handover of the system to the mine’s operations team.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of direct mining experience with deep understanding of mine site operations and production cycles.
• 5–10 years in leadership roles (e.g., Site Superintendent, Fleet Manager, Maintenance Manager).
• Proven track record of actively participating in technology rollouts, such as autonomy, remote operations, telematics, or machine control systems.
• Deep understanding of how to transition a mine from manual to technology-assisted or autonomous operations.
• A degree in Mining Engineering is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in mining environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for reporting to executive-level stakeholders at both the customer and Pronto.
