Role purpose

Merchandising and presentation

• Execute visual-merchandising standards and planograms; keep products displayed, priced, tagged, organized, and customer-friendly.
• Implement promotions, seasonal campaigns, launches, and approved display materials; keep demo units clean, secure, and correctly labelled.
• Monitor competitors and trends, and recommend ways to improve product visibility to the Business Manager - Tech.

Inventory and stock

• Monitor sales-floor and backroom stock and product availability; coordinate replenishment and report out-of-stocks, low or excess stock, old models, and damaged products.
• Support accurate product placement and stock rotation; position compatible accessories near relevant products where permitted.
• Update displays for new products and remove outdated product information.

Store visits and compliance

• Visit assigned stores on the approved schedule, audit display compliance, and recommend improvements.
• Submit visit photos and reports, record completed actions and open issues, and escalate major or recurring problems.
• Allow for travel time between stores and report access or scheduling issues; build working relationships with store managers and sales teams.

Demo readiness and sales support

• Check that demo units are powered, charged, secure, and working, with content, accessories, and product information available.
• Check basic app connection, device pairing, and software status; report damaged or non-working units and do not perform unauthorized repairs.
• Support product visibility, launches, promotions, and marketing activations; give retailer staff short product refreshers.
• Share customer preferences, product performance, common questions, and training needs with the Business Manager - Tech.
• Keep product information accurate and avoid unapproved pricing or warranty commitments; use available sell-out data to focus on agreed opportunities.

Reporting

• Prepare periodic merchandising activity reports and track display compliance, stock availability, and promotional execution.
• Track open issues, owners, and target dates; escalate issues requiring management attention.

Skills and experience

• Understanding of visual-merchandising principles, strong organization and time management, communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are required.
• Able to work independently across multiple store locations and use basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile reporting tools.
• Comfortable with consumer technology, mobile apps, and basic device pairing.
• Good written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Physical and schedule requirements

• The role requires standing for extended periods and moving merchandising materials as needed.
• Flexibility to support weekends or promotional events may be required.
