Role Purpose

Merchandising and Store Presentation

• Execute visual merchandising standards, display guidelines, approved planograms, shelf-position guidance, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and launches.
• Keep products, display units, demo units, and display materials clean, secure, organized, correctly labelled, and up to date.
• Monitor competitor merchandising and market trends, identify visibility improvements, and recommend them to the Business Manager - Tech.

Inventory and Stock Management

• Monitor product availability and stock on sales floors and in backrooms; coordinate replenishment and support stock rotation.
• Report out-of-stock, low, excess, slow-moving, old-model, and damaged inventory.
• Place compatible accessories near relevant Insta360 products where permitted and remove outdated product information.

Store Visits and Compliance

• Visit assigned stores according to the approved schedule and store-visit plan, prioritizing launches and urgent issues.
• Audit displays and brand compliance, recommend improvements, and submit store photos and merchandising reports.
• Record visits, completed actions, photos, and open issues; allow for travel between stores and report access or schedule issues.
• Build working relationships with store managers and sales teams.

Demo Readiness and Sales Support

• Check that demo units are powered, charged, secure, working, and supplied with demo content, accessories, and product information.
• Check basic app connection, device pairing, and software status; report damaged, missing, or non-working units and do not perform unauthorized repairs.
• Support product visibility, launches, promotions, marketing activations, and retailer staff refreshers on features, demonstrations, and accessories.
• Share customer preferences, product performance, common questions, and staff training needs; use available sell-out data to focus on agreed opportunities.
• Keep product information accurate and avoid unapproved pricing or warranty commitments.

Reporting

• Prepare periodic merchandising activity reports and track display compliance, stock availability, promotional execution, and demo materials where required.
• Track open issues, owners, and target dates, and escalate issues requiring management attention.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of visual merchandising principles; strong organization, time management, attention to detail, observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple store locations and manage extended standing and movement of merchandising materials.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile reporting tools; comfort with consumer technology, mobile apps, and basic device pairing.
• Flexibility to support weekends or promotional events when required.
• Good written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
