Compensation

• Pay is ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month.

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct property visits and inspections and ensure sites are clean, presentable, and maintained.
• Assist customers during walkthroughs and coordinate property access for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with property owners, vendors, security personnel, contractors, and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, repairs, landscaping, signage, and other site services.
• Record site visits, vendor activities, property updates, photographs, and videos.
• Identify and report maintenance, security, and property-related issues.
• Use Google Maps and smartphone applications for navigation and field coordination.
• Travel across Bengaluru and perform other assigned field and operational activities.

Eligibility and Requirements

• 10+2 or higher secondary education, or a graduate degree.
• Experience of 0–3 years; freshers are welcome to apply.
• A personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence are required.
• Basic conversational skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• Comfort with regular on-field travel and customer, vendor, and team interactions.
• Basic smartphone and digital application skills are required.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• The candidate should be responsible, punctual, reliable, customer-friendly, and professional.
• The candidate should be comfortable working independently, coordinating follow-ups, and solving practical on-site issues.
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, facility management, field operations, sales support, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
