Full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru handling commercial property requirements from brands and businesses.
Work spans gathering requirements, identifying suitable properties, coordinating with owners and clients, and managing the process through closure.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements such as location, property size, budget, frontage, parking, and accessibility.
- Identify suitable commercial properties and share options and details with clients.
- Coordinate with property owners, brands, clients, and internal teams; arrange property visits when needed.
- Follow up with stakeholders and support negotiations and discussions.
- Coordinate property onboarding and documentation and maintain records of properties, clients, and requirements.
- Build relationships, manage multiple requirements, and support timely closures.
Candidate requirements
- Any degree.
- The posting lists 0.6–3 years of experience in real estate, business development, sales, client coordination, or a related field; freshers with communication skills and interest in the field may also be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of Bengaluru's commercial real estate market.
- Ability to understand business and brand requirements and identify suitable properties.
- Commercial real estate experience is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is ₹25,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and real estate knowledge.
- Performance-based incentives are provided as per company policy.
- Health insurance is listed as a benefit.
Work arrangement
- Job type is full-time and on-site.
- Work location is in person in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
