- Assist in managing social media platforms and marketing activities.
- Create and coordinate social media content for real estate properties.
- Support content planning for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Assist with property posts, creatives, captions, and promotional content.
- Support digital campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Assist with website and online property content when required.
- Track marketing activities and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for marketing requirements.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platforms.
Education and requirements
- Any degree.
- Freshers, students, and graduates interested in digital marketing can apply.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Interest in digital marketing and content creation.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Creative and detail-oriented approach.

Stipend and incentives
- The monthly stipend is ₹10,000–₹15,000.
- Performance-based incentives are provided in addition to the stipend.
- Incentive eligibility is based on assigned targets and individual performance.
- Eligible incentives are paid with the applicable monthly payout according to company policy.
