Field Engineer
Role Overview
The Field Engineer supports the project team in the planning, layout, coordination, and execution of civil construction activities for a bus terminal project.
This role is responsible for field layout, quantity tracking, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring work is performed in accordance with contract documents, schedules, and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Five (5)+ years of experience in civil construction (field or internship experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with civil/site construction including earthwork, utilities, concrete, and paving.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or field layout software preferred.
- Familiarity with surveying equipment and construction means and methods.
- Experience on transportation infrastructure projects (bus terminals, transit facilities, rail, airports).
- Exposure to public agency work (DOT, transit authorities).
- Knowledge of inspection and testing requirements for civil work
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
