Customer Support Executive
We are looking for confident, articulate, and customer-focused professionals with strong English communication skills to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will engage with customers, handle inquiries efficiently, and deliver high-quality service through clear and professional communication.
This role primarily supports **SME Financing and Restaurant Financing** operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English while maintaining the company’s service standards and brand voice
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism, politeness, and a customer-first approach in all interactions
Requirements
- Strong fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is an added advantage
- Ability to identify and engage potential clients for SME Financing and Restaurant Financing solutions
- **Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in SME Financing or Restaurant Financing**
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Candidates with a **valid visa** will be given preference
