Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Female Telesales Executive with a strong background in outbound sales and lead conversion.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, handling high call volumes, and converting leads into successful sales.
This role requires confidence, persistence, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to close deals.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of telesales / telemarketing / inside sales experience.
- Strong proven sales track record in outbound calling environments.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and call center tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in high-volume call center environments.
- Background in UAE sales market (telecom, real estate, insurance, education, or services preferred).
- Experience working on commission-based incentive structures.
