Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
IT Business Analyst – IT/OT
to support plant operations systems, bridging IT and OT environments.
The role involves analyzing user requirements, supporting Honeywell and Baker Hughes applications, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring system uptime with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- **PIMS/AMS Support:**
- Maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell PIMS, AMS, and Baker Hughes systems.
- **System Development:**
- Design, modify, and support .NET-based applications, web services, and interfaces.
- **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify root causes of system malfunctions and coordinate solutions with IT and vendors.
- **Testing & Documentation:**
- Perform unit/regression testing, prepare guidelines, and ensure user-friendly documentation.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with plant productivity, automation, and IT teams to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- 5+ years of direct IT Plant Operations Systems experience.
- 3–5 years of .NET programming experience (C#, ASP.NET).

Honeywell Applications
and
Baker Hughes Systems
