We are looking for a results-driven
Business Development Manager
with strong experience in
IT manpower/ staffing services in the UAE market
.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building client relationships, and expanding our manpower services portfolio across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for
- IT staffing and manpower solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across UAE
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals
- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable manpower solutions
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain market intelligence on competitors and industry trends
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in
- business development within IT manpower / staffing industry (UAE)
- Strong client network in UAE (enterprise / SMB)
- Fluent in
Arabic & English
- Proven track record in sales and revenue generation
- Valid
Uae Driving License (Mandatory)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience working in staffing agencies or outsourcing firms
- Knowledge of UAE labor market and hiring trends
