Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media, Google & Admin Executive to manage our digital presence, online reputation, lead generation activities, and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, Google Business Profile (GMB), Google Ads, website management, content creation, and office administration.
Key Responsibilitiessocial Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports.
Google Business Profile (Gmb) Management
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Upload photos, updates, offers, and business information regularly.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
- Improve local search visibility and online reputation.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI.
- Assist with SEO and SEM activities to improve website traffic and rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Website Management
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Coordinate website content updates, landing pages, and promotions.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with website developers when required.
Content Creation
- Create engaging marketing content, social media posts, blogs, and website content.
- Design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Write compelling captions, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle general office administration and documentation.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and business correspondence.
- Maintain records, files, and databases.
- Follow up with leads, clients, and service providers.
- Support reception and customer service activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or administration.
- Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile (GMB), Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Experience with WordPress or similar website platforms.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
