URGENT HIRING – FEMALE SECRETARY CUM PATIENT FOLLOW-UP
A well-established multi-specialty clinic in Karama, Dubai is looking for a dynamic and responsible candidate to join our team.
Position:
Female Secretary cum Patient Follow-Up Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Personal Secretary to Managing Director
- Handle patient inquiries & follow-ups (calls/WhatsApp)
- Manage and track daily patient leads & conversions
- Maintain records using Excel / basic reporting
- Coordinate with internal clinic team for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Female candidate (Preferred)
- Husband visa / Own visa preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Prior clinic / healthcare experience is an advantage
Salary:
AED 2,500 – AED 3,000
