Job Description: Sales Executive
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Sales to help grow MyCare’s client base. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships and promoting our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring sustained business growth and strong, lasting relationships
- Promote MyCare services to corporate and private clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, healthcare or related field
Experience: Experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, English required, Arabic is an advantage
- Customer-focused and Sales mindset
- Able to learn basic medical terminologies
- Professional and friendly personality
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business)

- Location: 202 Capital Golden Tower, Business Bay
- Work Timings: 48 hours/week, 6 days per week (as per UAE labor law)
