Act as the primary point of contact for clients who speak Hindi , English /Malayalam, offering exceptional customer service.

About the Role :

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Sales Consultant / Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, client-facing position for professionals who have a proven track record in immigration consultancy and sales.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with immigration programs and visa processes for Schengen countries, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, and will be confident in handling end-to-end immigration cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and up-to-date consultation to clients on immigration programs for the USA, UK, Schengen Zone, Australia, and New Zealand.Europe

Present and explain visa options and program requirements tailored to individual client profiles.

Build and manage a client portfolio while maintaining long-term relationships.

Conduct effective consultations via phone, in person, and virtually to convert leads into clients.

Stay updated on immigration laws, program changes, and documentation protocols.

Prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring all documentation meets requirements and deadlines.

Assist clients in understanding various immigration programs and services.

Provide detailed and accurate information regarding visa and immigration options.

Act as the main point of contact for Sinhala/Tagalog/Malayalam speaking clients, offering exceptional customer service.

Required Skills:

Minimum 0–3 years of experience in immigration sales or consulting is mandatory.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales conversion targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of visa categories and immigration processes for targeted countries.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Professional fluency in languages: Sinhala/Tagalog/Malayalam written and spoken

English, Hindi, Punjabi, Malayalam, and Philippine

Must be available to join immediately

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Pay: AED2000.00 - AED5000.00 per month

(Based on experience – plus performance-based incentives)
