Job Title: Female Sales Consultant – Kids Program
Location: Dubai / UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
A reputed UK based Ed-Tech in Dubai, UAE seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and enroll students into our Learning Program for Kids. The role involves engaging with parents, understanding their child’s learning needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of phonics-based learning to drive enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel parents on the importance of early childhood education
- Explain course features, curriculum, and learning outcomes
- Conduct product demos / trial session coordination
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and updates in CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents
- Coordinate with academic teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (EdTech / Education preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills (especially with parents)
- Basic understanding of early childhood education (preferred)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
