We are a growing beauty clinic dedicated to providing high-quality aesthetic and skincare services.
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and sales-oriented **female receptionist** to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and استقبال walk-in clients professionally
- Handle appointment bookings and scheduling
- Manage phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Perform telesales and follow up with leads
- Promote clinic services and packages
- Support walk-in sales and convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain patient records and front desk organization
Requirements
- **Female candidate (required)**
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Previous experience in a beauty clinic or aesthetic center
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Presentable and customer-focused personality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with telesales or customer service is a plus
