Female Call Center Agent (Beauty Clinic – Dermatology & Dental)

About This Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our beauty clinic team, specializing in dermatology and dental services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, managing bookings, coordinating appointments, and supporting our social media communication channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive client experience from first contact to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently

Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments

Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms

Follow up with leads generated through social media and marketing campaigns

Maintain and update client records and contact information accurately

Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment flow

Provide clients with information about services, promotions, and packages

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Support basic social media engagement (replying to messages, comments, etc.)

Requirements:

Previous experience in call center, customer service, or clinic reception preferred

Experience in beauty, dermatology, or dental field is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in [English/Arabic]

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

Basic computer skills and experience with booking systems or CRM software

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
