Female/Arabic Receptionist and Calls Center Agent

Overview

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Follow up with new leads and existing clients.
• Provide information about clinic services, promotions, and packages.
• Maintain accurate client records in the clinic management system.
• Coordinate appointments with doctors and therapists.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Process payments and issue receipts when required.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• **Female candidate.**
• Fluent in **Arabic** and proficient in **English**.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, call center agent, customer service representative, or clinic coordinator.
• Beauty clinic, aesthetic clinic, salon, spa, or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment booking systems.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM or clinic management software.
• Sales or customer retention experience.
• Knowledge of aesthetic and beauty treatments.
• Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
