Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the **end-to-end operations** of the clinic, ensuring smooth coordination across clinical, front office, and support teams
- Drive **revenue growth and profitability**, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual targets
- Optimize **clinic performance**, including staff productivity, scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Enhance **patient experience and satisfaction**, ensuring the highest service standards and retention rates
- Develop and implement **SOPs and best practices** aligned with regulatory and industry standards
- Monitor key business metrics such as **patient flow, conversion rates, and revenue performance**
- Collaborate with the **Marketing team** to improve lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and conversion
- Ensure **compliance with DOH regulations** and internal policies
- Manage **inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all clinic functions
- Support **business expansion and new service initiatives**
Requirements
- Minimum **8–10 years of experience in healthcare/clinic operations**, with strong exposure to **Aesthetics / Dermatology / Cosmetic Clinics**
- Proven track record in **driving revenue growth and operational efficiency**
- Strong understanding of the **patient journey in aesthetic clinics**
- Excellent **leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills**
- Ability to **analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions**
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in **Healthcare Management / Business Administration** (MBA is a plus)
