Female Operations Assistant (Procurement)

About This Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In charge of inventory counting /storing/checking expiry dates/reporting and auditing.
• In charge of receiving requirements from branches, checking orders against stock availability.
• Ensure all products on system are up to date.
• Centralized system administrator and controller, in charge of ensuring data access is well maintained.
• Communicating with vendors and suppliers directly, products purchasing, receiving, recording, and distributing to branches.
• Perform quarterly audit of all the products in all the branches.
• Ensure all the products are in accordance with government regulations.
• Prepare various reports including reporting any discrepancy/mistake in entering tickets i.e. products or services, by branch staff, used /unused items in all the branches, product consumption against specified Matrix

Job Requirements:

• Highly organized with great attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills; verbally and in writing.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of spa, wellness, beauty, and different treatments & Beauty products is an asset.
• Strong working knowledge in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word and Power Point.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
