Understand client’s requirement and explain available services and methods regarding threading, tinting eyebrows, removing unwanted facial and body hair thru threading and waxing.

Conduct a thorough consultation before any waxing service to ensure the customer safety as well as use a variety of waxes to effectively remove hair.

Sculpt eyebrows and remove hair meticulously from the most delicate areas of the face, as well as perform eyelash perming and tinting.

Comply with all safety procedures and techniques for performing Waxing and threading services and maintain high sterilization standards and hygiene according to the law and the health and safety regulations.

Ensure complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while enlightening guest in these areas.

Actively promote and upsell the treatments, services and retail, as well as the newsletter promotions.

Perform inventory and restocking assignments in work stations.

Follows SOP’s for quality service and municipality regulations.

Respect Punctuality and follow the schedule / Line up in order to ensure prompt attendance to appointments and perform meticulous services within the appropriate time assigned for each service.

Report to Supervisor/ team Leader regarding any occurrences involving damaged equipment/ incidents in the Spa.

Sustain existing clientele record and aim at building potential customer database.

Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests and complaints by guests ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Attend mandatory trainings scheduled by the Company.

Maintain professional and courteous behaviour to all clients and demonstrate proper greeting and assistance.

Perform aftercare procedures immediately after waxing treatment and give appropriate home care advice.

Pay: ﷼2,250.00 - ﷼2,800.00 per month
