Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team performance, smooth appointment flow, sales achievement, and compliance with company standards.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage people, drive branch revenue, maintain service quality, resolve client concerns, and create a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities - Branch Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor appointment bookings, staff schedules, client flow, and service efficiency.
- Ensure the branch is clean, organized, well-maintained, and aligned with Tips & Toes brand standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for maintenance, supplies, inventory, and operational concerns.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards are followed.
Sales & Revenue
- Drive branch sales performance and support the achievement of monthly targets.
- Monitor daily sales, service revenue, product sales, and team performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase bookings, upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.
- Support promotional activities and ensure the team understands current offers and campaigns.
- Review branch performance reports and take action where improvement is needed.
Customer Service
- Ensure every client receives a high-quality, welcoming, and professional experience.
- Handle client complaints, concerns, and feedback in a calm and solution-focused manner.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain service consistency and ensure customer satisfaction standards are met.
- Address service delays, booking issues, or operational concerns promptly.
Team Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate branch employees to perform at their best.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and overall work behavior.
- Conduct regular team briefings and communicate company updates clearly.
- Support staff development through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations for manpower requirements, staff concerns, and performance issues.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all services are delivered according to company standards and approved procedures.
- Monitor technician performance, service timing, client feedback, and work quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and municipality requirements.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation as required by the company.
- Support internal audits and take corrective action when necessary.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor product usage, stock levels, and branch supplies.
- Coordinate with inventory or procurement teams for stock replenishment.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper use of products and tools.
- Report damaged equipment, missing items, or operational needs immediately.
- Support cost-control initiatives without compromising service quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Beauty, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch, salon, spa, beauty, hospitality, or retail management.
- Strong experience in customer service, team supervision, and sales operations.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, salon, or luxury service industry is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of branch operations, staff scheduling, client handling, and performance monitoring.

Working Conditions
The Branch Manager is expected to work in a branch-based environment and may be required to work flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, or extended hours depending on business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
