Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Host and support birthday parties and celebrations.
- Assist with party activities, games, and guest engagement.
- Help ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Support the Guest Services team with daily activities and events.
Requirements
- Two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative is required.
- Previous experience in birthday party hosting, events, hospitality, or guest services is preferred.
- Experience assisting with children's birthday celebrations and activities is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and presentable personality.
- Ability to engage comfortably with children and families.
- Available to join immediately.
