Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information.
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and complaints.
- Communicate clearly and politely with customers in Arabic.
- Support daily customer service operations and coordinate with team members to resolve concerns.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Arabic-speaking candidates are required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
- Candidates should be friendly, patient, and customer-focused, and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills are expected.
- Candidates should be well-groomed, punctual, and reliable.
- Two years of Customer Service Representative experience is required.
- Long-term commitment and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required are expected.

- Work is in person in Qatar.
