Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide friendly, professional customer service; assist with questions, directions, and park activities.
- Support daily theme park operations and visitor management; help maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Follow park safety procedures and operational guidelines and work with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle visitor enquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Arabic-speaking candidates are required; basic English communication is an advantage.
- Previous experience in theme parks, entertainment venues, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Two years of customer service representative experience is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Able to work in a busy environment and as part of a team; reliable and punctual.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; willing to commit long term.
