Are you an ambitious leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building both people and business?
We are currently recruiting a Female General Manager for an established fitness facility in Kuwait.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an energetic, commercially minded professional who is passionate about member experience, team development, sales performance and business growth.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club while leading from the front and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, team performance and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily club operations
- Lead, motivate and develop a small team
- Drive membership sales and revenue growth
- Manage lead generation, follow-up and conversion processes
- Ensure exceptional member experience and retention
- Monitor club KPIs and business performance
- Maintain operational standards and club presentation
- Build strong relationships within the local community
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives
- Handle member enquiries and resolve issues professionally
