Overview
We are looking for a creative and responsible **Female Designer cum Indoor Sales Support** to join our printing company in Dubai.
The main focus of this role is to support customers with **basic design work, artwork checking, photo book layouts, album designs, and print-ready file preparation**.
The candidate should also be able to handle simple customer inquiries and coordinate orders when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit basic designs for photo books, photo albums, photo prints, gifts, cards, and other printing products.
- Check customer artwork, photos, and files before printing.
- Do basic corrections such as resizing, cropping, alignment, background adjustment, text placement, and image arrangement.
- Prepare print-ready files for production.
- Support customers with design suggestions and layout ideas.
- Use **Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software**.
- Coordinate with the production team to make sure the design and order details are correct.
- Handle basic customer communication through WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins when required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of **Photoshop and Canva**.
- Good sense of layout, color, and design arrangement.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer photos and private files carefully.
- Printing or photo album design experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Female candidate preferred.
Experience in photo book design, album design, digital printing, or gift printing is a plus.
Creative, polite, responsible, and willing to learn.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

- Design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva): 2 years (Required)
- Indoor Sales : 1 year (Required)
